Based in Aberystwyth, the Cardiganshire Horticultural Society has been delighting and informing both gardeners and botanists in and around Ceredigion since 1968. In winter the CHS meets for Lectures on every second Tuesday of the month from September to March, at 7.30 in Waun Fawr Hall, Aberystwyth SY23 3PN. An annual Plant Fair is organised in spring, there is a program of 6 Day-Trips visiting gardens by bus in summer and a 4-5 day Garden Visiting Tour is organised in autumn: either UK or abroad. Photographs of plants and gardens are shared by members: their photos appear in the biannual CHS journal Spadework & also light up this website.
